Participation in the membership of the defense of the doctoral thesis

Assistant Professor Dr. Samah Hadi Muhammad from the College of Law, Al-Nahrain University, participated in the membership of the discussion committee for the doctoral thesis in private international law, tagged (legislative competence in the prosecution, a comparative study), which took place on the hall of the late Prof. Dr. Abbas Al-Husseini, and a number of scientific observations were recorded on it.
